PENSACOLA, FLA. (SEPT. 9, 2026) – The Pensacola Foo Foo Festival Committee is excited to announce partnerships for the 2026 “Foo Foo on the Menu” initiative. As visitors and locals plan their Foo Foo Fest schedules, they can enjoy new, delicious, limited-time menu offerings at select Pensacola bars and restaurants that celebrate the culinary arts. “Foo Foo on the Menu” features inspired food and beverage items designed to amplify visitors’ Foo Foo Fest experiences and showcase Pensacola’s flavors.
The Foo Foo Fest Committee has tapped six local restaurants and bars for 2026 to offer menu items that will be available while supplies last throughout Foo Foo Fest (Oct. 29 – Nov. 9, 2026), including:
Bodacious Shops Cafe
This Fall, Bodacious Shops Cafe guests can enjoy the “Azalea City Toast,” made with blackberry compote, fresh arugula, sliced Brie, orange zest, and East Hill honey.
Bubba’s Sweet Spot
At Bubba’s Sweet Spot, the go-to destination for indulgent handmade chocolates and unique candies in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, guests can try the “Pensa-colada Dirty Soda Float,” made with local Pensa-colada soda, key lime ice cream, coconut cream, and heavy cream. A sweet ending to any Foo Foo Fest itinerary!
Fish Heads Pensacola Beach
Located behind the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on Pensacola Beach, Fish Heads is the seasonal pool bar & grill that offers fresh food, incredible views, and a “come as you are” vibe. This Fall, Fish Heads will offer Foo Foo Fest attendees a “Fish Heads Sangria,” featuring refreshing Spanish red wine punch with seasonal fruit.
Sage In Bloom
Sage In Bloom celebrates the Florida Panhandle with cuisine that reflects Pensacola’s local bounty by partnering directly with neighboring ranches and farms. During Foo Foo Fest, visitors can enjoy Sage In Bloom’s local ranch chicken with citrus gastrique, Autumn vegetables, pink peppercorns, and smoked Valdeon cream.
Sir Richard’s Public House
Returning for its second consecutive year, the family-owned Sir Richard’s Public House will present the “Foo’s Gold” cocktail–a shimmering beverage that captures the imagination and spirit of Pensacola’s Foo Foo Fest. Guests 21 years of age or older are invited to enjoy this whimsical cocktail before or after their Foo Foo Fest events.
O’Riley’s Irish Pub
Also returning for the second consecutive year, O’Riley’s Irish Pub presents the “Magic of Foo”–a vibrant cocktail inspired by the creativity, color, and magic of Pensacola’s Foo Foo Fest. Guests 21 years of age or older are invited to enjoy this whimsical cocktail before or after their Foo Foo Fest events.
