Science on the Street – Sound
Discover sound in surprising ways as larger-than-life interactive exhibits transform downtown into a hands-on science playground. Play giant musical instruments, hear sound through your bones, create mesmerizing wave patterns, and explore the science behind music through self-guided experiences that are free and available throughout the festival. Stop by the activities on your way to explore all of the experiences Foo Foo Fest has to offer.
Sound Booth Pop-Up Experiences
Drop in for a hands-on exploration of sound with MESS Hall! Experiment with tuning forks, make music from rocks, watch sound create beautiful patterns, build simple speakers, and discover the science behind everyday sounds through fun, interactive activities for all ages. These experiences are designed to augment your time in downtown Pensacola. Check the listing for the times and locations of these free experiences.

Friday, October 30 5:00-7:00 pm
Sunday, November 1 2:00-4:00 pm
Saturday, November 7 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 – 4:00 pm
These will be held near the exhibits on Palafox Street
All events are free and open to the public
