A free lunchtime concert by the Choral Society of Pensacola’s Treble Ensemble, to be conducted by Isabelle Peterson.
Enjoy a lively half-hour of uplifting songs with texts by notable writers, such as Robert Burns, E.E.Cummings, Maya Angelou, and Langston Hughes, and music by Amy Beach, Laura Farnell, Mark Fish, André Thomas, and Rollo Dilworth.
The program title comes from a song in the “Compose Like a Girl” series, with words and music by Sherry Blevins.
