Enjoy a spectacular celebration of place as the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra presents Schumann’s Third Symphony with its folk-like melodies and a genuine sense of joy, inspired by the monuments and natural splendors of the Rhineland. The Celtic melodies of Scotland will fill the stage with Felix Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides and Max Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy, a violin showcase featuring the talented Rachel Lee Priday. We will also welcome composer Michael Senturia as the orchestra performs his work Petra, inspired by the ancient sandstone city.
