Tides of Change: A Short Film to Learn How We Increase Pensacola’s Flood Resilience

Join the City of Pensacola for a special premiere of the film “Tides of Change,” hosted by the Escambia County UF/IFAS Extension Office and PLACE:SLR.

The event will begin at 4 p.m. at the Hunter Amphitheater at Community Maritime Park, 301 W. Main St.

“Tides of Change” is a short film explaining the impact of sea-level rise in Northwest Florida, and how residents can support Pensacola’s flood resilience. The film covers understanding future risks, working with natural systems, responding to flood hazards, planning for future sea-level rise, and preparing local businesses.
