Get to know the Pensacola MESS Hall
Date Posted: Oct 12, 2015
PENSACOLA, Fla., October 12, 2015 – This one-of-a-kind museum is not an ordinary science museum. Rather, The Pensacola MESS Hall encourages visitors to get involved with hands-on science experiments.
Dr. Megan Pratt founded the museum in 2012 as a place where children of all ages can participate in real science experiments that have real (and sometimes unexpected) results. Visitors pose their own questions, perform their own tests and evaluate their own results!
The exhibits and materials are continually changing, so there is something new to do each time you visit. From coloring with sunlight to testing your eyes with optical illusions, visitors are entertained for hours.
The Pensacola MESS Hall will be out on the streets for the entire duration of Foo Foo Fest to allow the public to perform experiments and check out exhibits such as the Planet Walk and an interactive musical bench. Visit the Science on the Street event page for more information.
