Jazz For Justice

Date Posted: Jul 17, 2015

Jazz for Justice is now a part of Foo Foo Fest 2015!

Jazz for Justice is one of the premiere events in North Florida. Now in its 19th year, Jazz for Justice has raised over $525,000 to enable Legal Services of North Florida, Inc. (LSNF) to continue their work.

As domestic violence victims, children, and families in North Florida communities face continued economic strife, LSNF is seeing an increased need for their services. As grant and governmental funds decrease, the commitment of sponsors, donors and partners to providing hope and justice for all will go a long way towards helping their neighbors.

Enjoy a relaxed event with family and friends for an afternoon of music, dancing and a silent auction featuring local artists. Don’t forget to get your Jazz For Justice t-shirt! Entertainers include Randall “Big Daddy” Webster and Red Hot Java.

Their full list of entertainers includes:

  • Noon – University of West Florida Jazz Combo
  • 1 p.m. – Caravan
  • 2 p.m. -Randall “Big Daddy” Webster & Red Hot Java

In addition, friends from the First City Art Center and their 2015 Foo Foo Fest event “Pop-Up Hot Shop: Glass Blowing on the Move” will be in attendance with live glass blowing demonstrations! This is a can’t-miss live event.

Jazz for Justice is a unique event for the whole family, with affordable tickets at just $20 per person. Children under 12 are welcomed with FREE admission.

The event is sponsored by Legal Services of North Florida, Inc., a nonprofit that provides no-cost civil legal assistance to children, families, the elderly, those in danger of losing their homes and the impoverished community in 16 counties North Florida.
